Welcome onboard 3 City Yachts
3 City Yachts is a close-knit team: Marcin, Marcel and Konrad. We share a passion for sailing and yachts and a fascination for the marine environment. Together we have 35 years of experience in the industry. We know exactly how to take care of a yacht when it is in the harbour as well as at sea, because we understand well how long and short voyages go. We take care of the daily maintenance of the boats so that their external appearance catches the eye and every boarding is a pleasure. We make sure that all equipment is in working order. We prepare yachts for winter. And if you want to sail year-round, we will help you transport your boat to the warmer waters. When the desired navigation season arrives, we ensure that the yacht is ready to sail. We offer skippering, training and many other services. We are open to discuss your needs and looking for effective solutions.
The TriCity and the Gulf of Gdańsk are our home waters. This is where we come from, where we live and work. At the same time, it is our window on the world, as we sail and work all over the world.

Marcin Dobrowolski
At the age of 16, he sailed a four-month school under sail on the Polish brig Fryderyk Chopin and decided to connect his life with the sea. Since then, he has sailed around the world, twice around Cape Horn and held positions from sailor to captain on sailing ships, yachts and ships. Marcin graduated from the Maritime School in Gdynia as a navigator – officer of the watch unlimited, he is also certified yacht and powerboat captain.
He enjoys his work most when sailing, whether driving a yacht on short cruises or delivering it to the other side of the world. He also likes passage planning and organising yacht transport. He enjoys sharing knowledge, so is committed to providing training. He is invariably curious about new challenges, new yachts and new waters.
It is easy to find Marcin with a book and coffee in hand. He is an incorrigible bibliophile, addicted to reading and a fan of excellent coffees, which he brews in various ways. He is also an accomplished traveller and a good photographer. He enjoys sports, with a particular emphasis on water sports, which ties in with his fascination with the sea and sailing.
Marcel Włudzik
He is a young, talented sailor. He has completed a transatlantic voyage on a catamaran as well as shorter Baltic voyages on both sailing and motor yachts. He holds a yacht and motorboat skipper certificates of competency. He acts as an officer of the watch on yachts, while ashore he is in charge of keeping yachts clean and fully operational. Marcel’s specialty is polishing. It gives him immense satisfaction when a yacht shines like new again.
Marcel studies business management at one of the universities in Gdynia, and also runs GM Detailing – a car detailing business. In his free time he travels, is fascinated by beautiful cars and boats and takes care of his beloved ginger cat Lucjan.
Konrad Barzowski
He finds pleasure in sailing in all seasons at sea and ocean waters. As a holder of yacht and motorboat skipper certificates of competency, he not only serves as first officer or co-skipper, but also as a captain. While working Konrad is best described as focused, accurate, reliable and problem-solving. Hence, his specialty has become all repairs which he does himself or becomes a team leader.
During his voyages, but also in his free time, Konrad is an excellent cook (and manages provisions on the boat) while enjoying the local cuisines along his voyages.
Before Konrad took up sailing he earned a degree in International Relations at the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia. He is passionate about travelling, practises numerous sports and is a certified dog behaviourist with a traineeship in one of the Pomeranian animal shelters. And as he himself emphasises – sailing is not only his job, but also his passion.
